They were very PROFESSIONAL and did an EXCELLENT installation. They never had a mess to clean up as they always loaded the old parts (doors) into their truck as they disassembled them. Garrett’s installed garage doors on a new construction build for us. The Oxford Fire Department was looking to up-fit our station bays with new doors. This would make the building more energy efficient as well as a new appearance. We had different companies give quotes and by far Garrett’s prices and service no one could touch. They came in with crews ready to work, they had 7 doors installed and in operation in three days. I have had a problem with my garage door for a very long time. I called Garrett’s Garage Doors. I explained my problem to them and set up a time for a visit. The person who came on time and we talked for awhile. The service mans name was Seth. He fixed my problem quickly and made sure I was very pleased with the way my garage doors was working. He was kind and very polite. With all the garage door service people in this area I would recommend this company 100 percent. Seth’s service and work ethic is a great asset to the company he works for.

I realized at 7:30 a.m. on Sunday that the spring on my garage door was broken. A friend recommended Garrett’s to make the repair. I left a message on Sunday afternoon and was contacted Monday morning. Seth and Brent showed up mid-afternoon and went right to work, replacing both springs, checking other parts and making adjustments, installing a keypad, and changing the light bulb. They were a good team and could not have been more courteous and intent on leaving everything in perfect working order. Five stars!!!

The spring on my garage door broke and it was so heavy I could barely get it up, so contacted Garrett’s on a recommendation from a friend. Garrett’s responded quickly and sent Cliff and John out to confirm the problem and repair it if desired. Because of the brand door I had they recommended a spring conversion kit to make future repairs easier and less expensive. They did excellent work and completed the repair in a couple hours. But what amazed me the most was the knowledge Cliff had about garage doors and how to maximize their lifespan and mechanical operation. John was awesome, too, both working together to get the door up and to clean up after themselves afterwards (something you don’t see much any more!). Both were friendly, yet professional. My door was installed over 18 years ago, but due to the knowledge and attention to detail and operation, my door works quieter and is easier to lift now than ever, after Cliff made a few tweaks to the tracking system based on his lengthy experience with garage door installation and repair. I recommend this company to anyone, anywhere needing a garage door or repair. This company is responsive and knowledgeable and fair….what more can you ask for!? Give them a call…you won’t regret it.

I called Garrett’s Garage Door for help with our garage door remotes, programming vehicles and a couple other small issues. They stayed in contact to let me know exactly when they would arrive, They reprogrammed my opener, the remotes and the buttons in our vehicles. We have an older model garage door opener that has been hard to program in the past. Instead of trying to sell us a new opener (as some would do) they stuck with it until ours was working perfectly, saving me hundreds of dollars. They even oiled all the parts needed to make it operate very smoothly and quietly, like new. Garrett’s Garage Door is the best! I would recommend them to anyone with garage door needs.

Our house was under contract and we were moving things out of the garage, when a ladder got caught in the garage door. I thought our whole garage door was going to have to be replaced. I called John and he had someone out here the same day (on a Saturday). Thank you John and Cliff for fixing our door without replacing it. You guys are amazing and do great work.

Hi John, just wanted compliment you and your Company employee Seth. Seth arrived on time as you quoted. He had all of the tools needed to complete the install of my two garage doors on my home in a timely manner. He cleaned up behind himself very well, He wiped down both doors to leave no finger prints or smudges from his work. He made sure the doors were operating properly and safely. He went over the operating procedures and the safety procedures with me personally.

John Garrett and his team are true professionals. I came home late to find that my spring was broken and texted John for help. He immediately responded and had a team over quickly to look at the situation. The repairman was very friendly and explained the issues to me fully with options and recommendations. Repairs took less time than they estimated and they let me know everything they did to the system. I am completely satified and would recommend them to anyone needing a repair, service, or new installation.

Jose and Seth were very polite and professional. They were very conscientious – they asked me questions to clarify exactly what we wanted while installing the garage door. They were also extremely precise – they did not rush or guesstimate where things needed to be placed, instead, they measured everything and used framing squares for a very polished and professional look. Also, the owner, John, always followed-up with me when he said he would in addition to keeping me posted on my order.
