Garrett's Garage Doors - My family and I could

My family and I could not be more pleased with the professionalism of the team at Garrett’s Garage Doors! John was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. The very next morning, the crew arrived at my house at the exact time they had scheduled. They discussed a couple of options with me, decided on a plan, and within 15 minutes, they were done. I was amazed! What impressed me the most is that they did not just fix the problem, they went ahead and serviced the entire system. They reassured my family that our system was dependable and functioning correctly. They really went above and beyond in their customer service! The price was extremely reasonable and fair! Great company……I will never recommend anyone other than Garrett’s Garage Doors to my friends and family!

Seth arrived early this morning and has been nonstop all day, it’s almost 6 PM now and he’s still working with a smile! We need more people with the work ethic of Seth and I thank Garretts Garage door for sending him to me…. I highly recommend this company!

Great customer service! Came out and services our doors and installed a keypad for us! The guy had everything he needed and was in and out in 30 min. Communication and overall professionalism of their workers are great! Will use them again in future yearly services.

The builder of our new home, (completed in 2020) uses Garrett's on all his houses and we are very pleased with our 18 x 8 insulated carriage style CHI door, and belt drive operator. I built a detached garage/shop, and contacted Garrett's to install a 10 x 8 door and operator to match. It looks and works great. The install tech, Seth, completed a very neat install with the door, and was very professional. I'm really impressed and would highly recommend.
