5 stars all across. John and the install crew were extremely helpful throughout the project of a commercial fire shutter install and did great work on a complex project. Highly recommend.

Seth arrived early this morning and has been nonstop all day, it’s almost 6 PM now and he’s still working with a smile! We need more people with the work ethic of Seth and I thank Garretts Garage door for sending him to me…. I highly recommend this company!

John went out of his way to help me out after I had a very bad experience with another garage door service provider. John's quote was lower and he earned my trust. I would be willing to pay more for service like this.

Great customer service! Came out and services our doors and installed a keypad for us! The guy had everything he needed and was in and out in 30 min. Communication and overall professionalism of their workers are great! Will use them again in future yearly services.

The builder of our new home, (completed in 2020) uses Garrett's on all his houses and we are very pleased with our 18 x 8 insulated carriage style CHI door, and belt drive operator. I built a detached garage/shop, and contacted Garrett's to install a 10 x 8 door and operator to match. It looks and works great. The install tech, Seth, completed a very neat install with the door, and was very professional. I'm really impressed and would highly recommend.

I've been in the construction business a long time...I'm 71. Throughout my career, I've never had a more honest, more professional, more service-oriented subcontractor. Mr. Garrett runs a top-notch company. His work is superior and he stands behind it!
