The builder of our new home, (completed in 2020) uses Garrett's on all his houses and we are very pleased with our 18 x 8 insulated carriage style CHI door, and belt drive operator. I built a detached garage/shop, and contacted Garrett's to install a 10 x 8 door and operator to match.  It looks and works great.
